Hey guys!! Long time no see!! (or blog)
Things have been pretty hectic lately with University ending for the summer, travelling between London and home, and of course... the internship applications. After weeks of applications, emails and interviews, Anisa has successfully managed to get an internship for my summer in London, at The Model's Portal, as a Stylist.

Founded in 2007, The Model's Portal modelling agency gives the opportunity for new and upcoming models (and in particular, asian models) to appear within the mainstream fashion industry and provides models for events such as London Fashion Week, and have clients such as the BBC, Channel 4 and Sony.
So this week I started out in their studio near Camden. During the day, my role as a styling and production assistant included welcoming clients, carrying out model fittings, organising model release forms, and of course, putting together outfits for the models.
working with TMP for the day allowed me to see what it is like to work in a modelling agency and to go backstage at a professional photoshoot. I was also able to take some photographs on my phone through out the day and even took some videos.
